Shipping & Returns
We ship via USPS Priority Mail within the United States and insure every item for full value. Items will be shipped as soon as payment is cleared. Certain items may need extra time for assembly, anywhere from 1-10 days. For custom pieces, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
All items will be shipped with a gift box.
For international shipments, we will use UPS or FedEx. All pieces will also be fully insured. Additional charges may apply.
All items are shipped insured; therefore, losses or damages in shipment are covered by insurance. Please contact us immediately if your shipment arrives damaged so that we may start the insurance recovery process.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our primary goal is customer satisfaction. If there is a problem with your item, please contact us right away. We will work with you to achieve your satisfaction.
If you have changed your mind, we will be happy to provide you with an exchange or store credit once we receive the item back in our store.
